A little about me!
Hi, I’m Chase Nelson — a BFA Musical Theatre graduate from Millikin University with a minor in Dance. I’m a performer, choreographer, and storyteller who thrives at the intersection of comedy and emotional depth. Whether I’m making an audience laugh with an outrageous character or moving them to tears with something more dramatic and grounded, my goal is always the same: to tell the truth and connect.

My training includes Musical Theatre Jazz, Ballet, and Modern, with four years of experience in a collegiate Burlesque troupe, where I also served as a Junior Choreographer and Treasurer. These experiences sharpened my performance style and deepened my passion for creative collaboration and movement-based storytelling.

I have a strong affinity for comedic roles that push boundaries and go "above and beyond," but I’m often cast in intense, emotionally rich characters who leave a lasting impact. I also love working with kids and young performers, helping them grow in confidence, express themselves, and find their voice through theatre.
